BREAKING NEWS: Fire Guts Nigeria Football Federations Headquarters In Abuja

Fire gut the building of the Nigeria football federations headquarters in Wuse Zone 7 District of Abuja on Tuesday morning, August 20, 2014.

The assistant controller of Fire Service, Eyo Ime, told reporters that they are unable to confirm the cause of the fire at the moment. They however suspect electrical fault.

The Federations spokesperson, Ademola Olajire, confirmed the incident saying the fire began on the third floor of the building.

The offices of the president, secretary general and the accounts department might have been affected.

Fire service officials arrived the scene and put out the fire. No casualty was recorded.
