Rihanna Poses With Legendary Pele In Brazil

Music star Rihanna and the football legend Pele met at the ongoing World Cup in Brazil, and both took to Twitter to share the lovely photos of the encounter.

While Ri Ri, who flew to Brazil on July 11 ahead of the final, tagged the world famous player as the great @Pele, the 73-year-old ex-footballer captioned his photo as Today, I had the opportunity to meet the young @Rihanna adding that football and music always goes together.

It would be recalled that Pele expressed his shock over the semi-final loss of the Mundial hosts to the Germany with the devastating score 1-7. An attempt to recover and return self-confidence in the game against Netherlands for the 3rd place also failed yesterday, as the Brazilian team suffered another 0-3 defeat. Meanwhile the major match of the tournament is yet to be played today, July 13, between Argentina and Germany.
