‘Jonathan Has Performed’Nigerian Students Endorse GEJ For 2015, Challenge Opposition
President GEJ’s 2015 ambitions has been given a boost following Friday’s declaration of support by Nigerian Student

Nigerian students under the umbrella of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) have declared their support for President Goodluck Jonathan as the 2015 general elections draw near.
A delegate of NANS leadership, which included 10 former Presidents of the union and Student Union Presidents in universities, polytechnics, monotechnics and colleges of education, made the declaration during a courtesy visit to the Villa on Friday.
Current NANS President, Yinka Gbadebo, said President Jonathan’s administration has done enough to deserve a second tenure and challenged members of the opposition to prove otherwise in a public debate.
If all what we have said here today is not the truth, I want to challenge anybody in Nigeria to a public debate to come and debunk these things,” he said.
Gbadebo also decorated President Jonathan as the Grand Commander of Nigerian Students.
He said the association would also mobilize youths to help actualize the number one citizen’s second-term bid.
We have formed a group known as Nigerian Students Transformation Vanguard, to educate students of voting age to support good governance, pragmatic progress in the 2015 elections he said.
President Jonathan has not openly declared his intention to contest in the coming elections, but many people have spoken against his candidature.
