Breaking Reports: Iyanya To Pay Nicki Minaj N50M For Collaboration?

Sources have revealed that the co-owner of Triple MG Records is willing to pay her price, even up to the tune of $300,000 approximately N50m to jump on a track with him.

Talks are already at an advanced stage between both camps, and to seal the deal, Iyanya, who just returned to the country from London where he performed at a classy society wedding, is set to jet back to the United States.

Minaj, who is signed to Young Money Entertainment, has won 4 American Music Awards, 8 BET Awards, two MTV Music Awards, 5 Billboard Music Awards among others. She has never collaborated with a Nigerian act.

Iyanya’s Manager Ubi Franklin has however denied the story, revealing that a Nicki Minaj collabo is not in their plans. Who said that, where did you hear that? Last year another Nigerian act, Kcee, was reportedly linked to Nicki Minaj, although their single together has not been released.

Other Nigerian acts have had international collaborations this year. Wizkid has already been on a song with Rihanna, Chris Brown, and Tyga. Psquare have a song with T.I and Dave Scott, and many others.
