Nigerias First Bank Gives Its Websites Homepage A Fresh Look

Just a few months after its logo rebrand, First Bank of Nigeria Limited, one of the leading banks in Africa has refreshed its websites homepage today.

The new homepage features a more organized look and feel of content with an emphasis on the colours of its new logo which consists of a walking navy blue-coloured African elephant on an ivory gold background as well as with text link highlight colours that match its logos colours navy blue and ivory gold.
Its menu tabs, formerly on the top of the homepage with drop down menus, now sit vertically on the left side of the page with menus that change to ivory gold when hovered upon.
But while the bank dropped the minimalist look on its websites homepage, especially with the white spaces that appeared on the old homepage, this design feature was maintained across all the other pages of the site.
Were not sure whether or not the website would completely drop the white spaces or make its text link highlight match with its logo colours in a future makeover, which we feel would be cool and ensure the website has a uniformed look and feel across all of its pages.
