Mother Arrested For Allowing Man Rape Her 11-Year-Old Daughter Till She Got Pregnant 

Tina Durant has been charged with child endangerment after police say the 37-year-old she allowed a 24-year-old friendhave sex with her 11-year-old daughter, who is now pregnant.

JacobWhite was arrested on July 17 and charged with third-degree sexual abuse after the 11-year-old turned up pregnant and after her parents read Facebook conversations between the girl and White.

But police ended up arresting Durant on Friday after witnesses came forward to report Durant was fully aware that White was having sex with her daughter.

According to witnesseswho livedin the home, White slept in the same bed with the victim. They said they addressed it with Durant who did nothing to stop it. According to thepolice report, the girl was heard telling her mother, I tried to tell you several times, during a doctors appointment.

Because she failed to notify law enforcement, call the Department of Human Services or taking any action herself, Durant was charged with child endangerment. Shes since been released and will be back in court on Sept.9.

White is also out of jail and a court appearance has not been scheduled for his case. My guess is prosecutors are wanting a slam-dunk case against him and are waiting to do a DNA test on the kids kid.

One of Durants neighbors said hes not surprised at the charges. No. Nothing surprises me anymore, he said, Just too much stuff goes on over there. People go in and out. You never know whos going and coming any time day or night.
