Killing: Pirates Kill 4 in Ilaje

Hoodlums believed to be sea pirates yesterday attacked and killed four officials of the Gallery Security Service in Ilaje/Ese Odo, Ese Odo local government area of Ondo state.
The dare devil bandit struck after a successful operation at Akpata area of the community.

Trouble started when the hoodlums launched an attack upon sighting officials of the private guard service, injuring and killing four at a speed.
Head of the Gallery Security, Osaghale Aklugbemen, who confirmed the incident to Journalists at Ilaje said the robbers made their way through Oroto-Ajapa road..
Also, the Executive Officer of Gallery Security Services, Chief Bibopere Ajube, revealed that the robbers have been terrorizing the coastal area for the past two years.
Ajuba added that his men arrested some hoodlums last year and handed them over to Police Officers in Ese-Odo.
He solicited government urgent approval in having access to ammunitions at fighting crime in the coastal area.
Two guns, 260 live Ammunitions, 10 000 Korea Currency, 80 Euro, $24, N4,000, one Nokia mobile phone with SIM cards, and one Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of the UBA were recovered from them.
